After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, your professional Egyptologist guide will meet you for a captivating tour through ancient history.

Start at the legendary Giza Plateau, where you’ll visit the awe-inspiring Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the smaller Pyramid of Menkaure. Admire the mysterious Sphinx, a massive statue with the body of a lion and the face of a king, and explore the Valley Temple—believed to be the site of ancient mummification rituals and ceremonies.

Following your pyramid visit, enjoy a delicious lunch at a reputable local restaurant.

Then, continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)—Egypt’s modern gateway to its ancient heritage. Home to thousands of priceless artifacts, the museum showcases treasures from various dynasties including statues, tools, jewelry, and the royal collections of Egypt’s mighty rulers. Highlights include masterpieces from the Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms in a beautifully designed space that narrates the story of ancient Egyptian civilization.

At the end of your exploration, return to your hotel for an evening of relaxation.

Breakfast · LunchOvernight: Cairo

After breakfast, depart with your expert guide for a full-day adventure into the origins of pyramid-building in Egypt.

Your first destination is Saqqara, the vast burial site for ancient Memphis. Here stands the famous Step Pyramid of Djoser—the earliest monumental stone structure ever built, crafted by the architect Imhotep in the 27th century BCE.

Next, head to Memphis, Egypt’s first unified capital. Once a vibrant hub of politics and religion, today it hosts an open-air museum where you’ll view artifacts like the massive limestone statue of Ramses II and the alabaster sphinx.

Finish the day at Dahshur, a less-crowded but equally intriguing site. Explore the unique Bent Pyramid, known for its sudden change in angle, and the Red Pyramid, the first smooth-sided pyramid in Egypt and the third-largest after those at Giza.

After your explorations, return to Cairo in comfort.

Breakfast · LunchOvernight: Cairo

Enjoy breakfast before being transferred to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Luxor, home to a wealth of ancient temples and monuments.

Upon landing, meet your local guide and begin your tour on Luxor’s East Bank. Start with Karnak Temple, the most extensive religious complex ever built. Be amazed by the Hypostyle Hall, featuring 134 massive columns carved with intricate lotus and papyrus designs.

Next, stroll down the Avenue of the Sphinxes, an ancient pathway that once connected Karnak to Luxor Temple. There, admire statues of Ramses II and enter chambers adorned with vivid reliefs honoring the gods, including Amun-Ra and Mut.

After this immersive experience, transfer to your hotel in Luxor to relax and enjoy the scenic views of the Nile.

Breakfast · LunchOvernight: Luxor

Start the day by crossing the Nile to the West Bank of Luxor—the ancient city of the dead.

Begin at the Valley of the Kings, where you’ll enter the elaborately decorated tombs of renowned pharaohs such as Tutankhamun and Ramses VI. These tombs are filled with wall paintings and hieroglyphs detailing the pharaohs' journey to the afterlife.

Next, visit the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, carved into limestone cliffs. This extraordinary temple features terraces, shrines, and reliefs depicting the story of Egypt’s most successful female ruler.

Conclude with a brief photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two giant statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III that have stood watch for millennia.

Later in the afternoon, transfer to Luxor Airport for your evening return flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to your hotel.

Breakfast · LunchOvernight: Cairo

Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel before being driven to Cairo International Airport in time for your departing flight.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your journey. We hope your Egyptian experience has been inspiring and look forward to seeing you again soon.
